Day 5 brings the snow! And also another shout out...this time we pay homage to the latest James and Sandy endeavor... Zen Marketplace where Chef Stephan lets his creativity shine in a myriad of small plates and flavorful bites...and although new to the community, already showing some neighborly love when our fryer went down...he was there to help! Please try the Lemon- olive oil cake with rosemary whipped cream for dessert...unreal!

Day 4 is special because we get to talk about two family run farms that have a special place in Granby hearts...for years Susan Wutka Accetura 's family owned and operated Lost Acres Orchard and now the mantle has been passed to the Bennett family who have continued the tradition of excellence, a true family affair!
The other community icon is Maple View Farm ...the beer ...the music...the sausage!...all of it guided by Kate Burrell Bogli 's awesome clan , who is always there with a kind word or a helping hand...
Both these establishments are on a Winter break as well, but we had to tip our cap to these hard working Granby families!

Day 2 of our Granby Culinary Tour is the now famous Tiger Belly Noodle Bar...peeps drive from all over the state to sample the "Darkness"...nibble on a Bao bun , dine on fresh sushi or munch on some stellar wings!

Chef/ Owner Ki'yen Yeung and his awesome team who can be seen spreading the love all around town weekly...so lucky to have them in our community! 🐯🐷

4DP is closed this week, so here is a great opportunity to visit some of the other locally owned and operated establishments in our awesome community...so each day Four Dads will feature one of these gems! Today we start with a newcomer.. Julien's Farm Store ...baked goods...breakfast biscuits...and quite possibly the best hot chocolate we've ever had! Tucked away at 175 Barndoor Hills Road...a true hidden treasure...the awesome goods are only matched by the wonderful staff!
