We are wrecked.
The 4th of July cooked us harder than our shawarma grill. We found rice in places rice shouldn’t be. The truck smells like victory and garlic. Our feet have officially filed a complaint.

So we’re CLOSED TODAY to deep clean, disinfect, and let the truck take a nap. Also us. Mostly us.

It’s okay to miss a shawarma bowl for one day.
We promise it’ll taste even better tomorrow when we’re rested, the grill is scrubbed, and we’ve remembered how to stand upright.

Rest up, drink water, and we’ll see you tomorrow with fresh food, fresh energy, and probably fresh stories about how we almost passed out scooping rice.

Tammy!!! We’re devastated our basmati didn’t meet your Rice-A-Roni standards. That’s a first.
We’ll 86 the “bottled ranch” tzatziki and tell it to go back to Kraft’s house where it belongs.
The wrap situation will be fixed ASAP — we didn’t realize “messy” wasn’t the new food trend.
Thank goodness for our 10/10 window guy. We pay him in compliments since the food clearly isn’t doing it.
Thanks for the second chance. We live to disappoint you less.
