SOLD OUT kind of day in Greenbush. We left with zero rice and zero noodles. Empty fridges!

We could show up on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and it won’t matter.
I’m thinking I’ll have to start bringing the bigger truck out if we keep selling out all the time.

Let me introduce you to Rodney. He’s been amazing help to us. You’ll see more of him around the food trucks.

We are prepping hard for 2 big events next weekend. Weather doesn’t look too great during the week. But hopefully it will be a nice and warm on the weekend.

Who says you can’t have a drive-thru with the Food truck?

I mean, my sign does state drive- thru🤪😂😫🙃

I will save that story for another day 😁

He was so cute though. He drove to the back door, ordered, drove around, came back and picked up his food. 😍

There has been plenty of times that I have driven the Food truck into a factory or parked at a gas station to meet up with someone because they had wanted some Sap Sap Kitchen.
My customers do go great lengths for me and I will return the favor if I can.

My mom messed up this order. It was a Bang Bang chicken over rice and noodles. I put extra spicy chili oil on it. Don’t judge. I was eating it so fast because I was so hungry 🤤 taking big bites in case my late lunch gets cut short.
