We’re at Tip Two for lunch, serving from 11A to 2:30P - then we’re skedaddling across the highway over to Off The Chain Brewstillery on the east end, serving from 5P to 8P!

Yesterday we had the privilege of catering the Automatic Spring Products Corporation 75th Anniversary celebration picnic that spanned all three shifts, serving employees from morning until late into the evening. During the first shift alone, we served 196 people in just one hour, and our final shift didn’t begin until 10:30 PM. It was a long day, a busy day, and one we’ll remember for a long time.

As a new small business, moments like these are milestones. They challenge us, strengthen us, and give us invaluable experience that helps us serve every future customer even better. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish, but even more grateful for the relationships we’re building within our community.

To all of the companies who trusted The Hotdog Cart with your events this past week—thank you. Your confidence in us means more than we can express. Every event is an opportunity to grow, to learn, and to prove that we’re capable of delivering a professional, organized, and memorable experience, no matter the size or schedule.

Chili Cheese dogs are always pretty good..but ours are GREAT! Carefully sourced chili and hand shredded cheddar! No fake cheese sauce or pre bagged cheese here, only the best for our customers!🧀❤️
