Its blurrrrsday, that means fruit pie come in an get yourself fix as we will be closed Friday and Saturday, we also have Swiss steak for our lunch special today it comes with mash and gravy green beans and either soup or salad or potato salad we have vegetable or cheese for soups today.

Seeing all my papa's friends gravitate to his table purposely since the frame went up has warmed my heart in such a way. It will never be the same but a peice of him is truly there to share and be able to share a meal with him the way you would. Means so so much!

If you know you know. This means so much to our family my grandfather was a staple in farmers daughter just as he was at Stuhr Museum. I grew up in the cafe going to breakfast with him early mornings before going to work with him at the museum and it was a my first job and a job in between jobs because of him. This table in the back was always his spot of choice. If you have noticed in between the booths of the restaurant we have pictures of the other business of history of the building of the restaurant and at the end of the booths there is his table an we had not had one to put above there so it just made sense that this was necessary. I asked my grandpa's long time friend/family/ co worker Kay C Cynova to help make this happen for me and I couldn't love or appreciate it more.!🫶 Since his passing its been hard to adjust to get used to not seeing him in here every day and now i get too! Thank you so incredibly much Kay we love you!
