UPCOMING EVENT!!

I unfortunately had to cancel my first dinner @623.venue.gr this summer. But guess what! That left me with more time to plan, overthink, and dream up a magical evening.

I've been so fortunate to be a part of some beautiful projects in the last couple of years. From to to , I'm gathering an all-star team. We're going to be pulling out all of the stops for you. One night (but probably another eventually), 5 courses (but probably more because I can't help myself), you + this team = something so very special.

These people shaped me. I can't wait to feed you. They can't wait to feed you.

🍽️ I’m thrilled to take you on a 8-course journey, celebrating the transition from winter’s veggie stores to spring’s bounty (and maybe a little tease of summer treats). The menu is paired with three exceptional wines, expertly chosen by Cyndi to seamlessly flow from dish to dish.

🍷✨ I’m so honored to collaborate with Louise Earl. Their commitment to locally sourced, properly raised meats is inspiring. Together, with our thoughtfulness, intention, and utmost hospitality, we will be providing a one of a kind experience.

This dinner is a tribute to the unique flavors of our community, especially during the transitional grey space between winter and spring.

Entering this holiday season has me missing and our adventures with . In honor of the feels, I'll be taking some pumpkin pie preorders for Thanksgiving.

Hey friends! I've got a big announcement for you.

I've had an incredibly exciting opportunity arise, one that was just too good to pass up. At the end of this month I'll be taking the position of Chef de Cuisine in Benton Harbor.

It's bittersweet having to leave Grand Rapids, but I couldn't ask for a better experience than working with on bringing this new concept to Southwest Michigan. Anemel is going to be special and I can't wait for you to come check it out!

I've had such a blast popping up over the last year. I wouldn't trade the experiences I've had and the friends I've made for anything. It's truly been a pleasure.
