If you've ever been greeted with a big grin, caught someone dancing behind the counter, or noticed a pretty great sense of style, chances are you've met Marcus.

Marcus has a way of making everyone around him smile. Whether he’s helping out his teammates, or bringing his signature energy to the coffee shop, he keeps us all laughing and on our toes.

We're so lucky to have Marcus as part of the Dragonfly team. His positivity, personality, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him an important part of what makes Dragonfly such a special place.

We’re looking for part-time and fill-in staff (job coaches / support staff) to work alongside our team in the coffee shop!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the daily flow—serving customers, supporting coworkers, and helping create a welcoming, inclusive coffee shop experience for everyone who walks through the door.

It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys teamwork, meaningful work, and being part of something bigger than just a job!
