Papa Chops Eatery

Papa Chops Eatery Fantastic burgers, wraps, pizzas, and more. Always Gluten-Free, Always Delicious

Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Papa Chops Eatery is a pioneering "safe haven" for the gluten-free community. It holds the distinction of being the city's first entirely gluten-free fast-food restaurant, offering a menu where every single item—from the breading on the chicken to the dough of the pizza—is safe for those with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivities. The Origin Story
The eatery was

founded by Aaron Muller, whose life changed two weeks before his 40th birthday when he was diagnosed with Celiac disease. Frustrated by the difficulty of finding safe, high-quality dining options for his family, Muller decided to take matters into his own hands. He enrolled at the Grand Rapids Secchia Institute for Culinary Arts to master the craft of gluten-free cooking, eventually opening Papa Chops in June 2022 to recreate the "normal" fast-food experience he missed.

Order a fresh Elephant Ear, go outside. Wait for them to call your name and come to the drive up window. Eat immediately for maximum nostalgia.

Hey My Friends!
Happy soon to be 4th of July! Chicken and Waffles have officially launched =)
Chicken Stix blessed with Southern Spice(tiny bit spicy) and a fresh baked waffle doused in Chef Hezzy's Sunny Sauce!

Tomorrow, July 4th, we will be open until 4pm.

Also, today and tomorrow we have SnoCones to help fight that heat. AND....

Tomorrow, since I have had flour shortages, instead of corndogs I'll have Elephant Ears for you. I heard they pair well with a SnoCone!

I'm going to have an official CornDog day where I will make enough so we don't run out.

Restocking! However getting basic things like flour are far from basic(as you know). Bob's Red Mill is apparently redoing their brand and so there has been supply disruption. We are seeing it on our end... so we have to get innovative. Good thing innovation is PC's middle name!

Good morning PC Fam!

Had an amazing weekend thanks to you =]

Today I'll be replenishing some of our items we ran out of. Today I don't have Onion Rings or Fried pickles. I will have them back in tomorrow though!

This is largely due to the past few weeks many of our suppliers have been out of the products I use like flour which should be arriving today!
