What was included in today’s service:
-roast beef & cheese sliders
-ham & cheese sliders
-3 cheese baked Mac&Cheese
-salted caramel brownies
-charcuterie

I had my first big catering gig a few weeks ago and by the help of my family, friends and Gods hands on my plan it all went smoothly. I’m feeling very grateful and eager for the next one!

The menu included charcuterie, spicy Cajun shrimp dip, dirty rice meatballs and muffuletta sandwiches. The theme was Mardi Gras so I did my best to have fun with it and have the charcuterie board show all the fun colors too⚜️

Now that our days are ending earlier and the temperatures are getting colder, staying in with friends seems like the better way to go. Even more so, if you have the charcuterie snacks!
