SILVA Staff Spotlight

Meet Ema. She’s been with SILVA for 13 months and somehow manages to bartend, make new friends daily, and keep the energy high all at once. She says working here was her dream job, and honestly, it shows. Her favorite menu picks are the Pork Chop or the Burger, mostly because of the onion jam.

One of Ema’s favorite SILVA traditions is walking into the dressing room before a shift and asking herself, “Who shall I be today?” She relates most to Lucille Ball mixed with Pepper Ann, which feels pretty accurate. Fun fact: she was an 8th grade chess club champion and even sewed her own bag for the pieces. Her yearbook superlative? “Most artistic.” Interpret that however you’d like.

Big, Gay Brunch Bonanza is not a ticketed event. However, we are allowing reservations of any size for Saturday brunch, both weekends. Email [email protected] with your preferred date, time and the number of people in your party to reserve.

Notice: Big, Gay Brunch Bonanza performances will include drag and light burlesque. Though children are not prohibited, viewer discretion is advised.
