Hey, everyone! I was sick over the weekend, so I wasn't able to post for a couple days, but I'm back again! Today I also have a great item of the day for all of you. Our Bento Box! 🍱
This photo specifically was shared a while back when we advertised our Sweet & Sour, Chicken and Shrimp Bento Boxes. While I personally loved those Specialized Bento Boxes, we have so many more on the menu as well! Each regular Bento Box comes with a side of Miso Soup or Spring Mix Salad, an Appetizer of your choice from the menu, a Classic Roll of your choice from the menu, a side of White Rice, and your selected Bento Box Entree! Not to mention a free tea or soda! ☺️ It has two sizes to make sure you don't feel pressured over the size, and you can customize it the way you want! Yum!

Hey, everyone! Happy Saturday! I was quite busy on Friday, so I didn't have time to schedule a post. But I made sure to find a good item for today's item of the day. The Las Vegas roll!
This roll is one of my personal favorite deep-fried rolls! Each bite has a nice panko fried breading on the outside that adds plenty of crunch to contrast the soft and spicy interior. It packs a little punch with a lot a flavor. The Las Vegas roll is also quite large, so it's good to share with friends or make for a filling meal!😋

Hey, everyone! I hope you're enjoying your Thursday. Today's item of the day is one of our most ordered items on the menu, the Shrimp Tempura Burrito! 😋
A bite filled with some of the best classic flavors from the California Roll, but topped up with some delicious sauces and Shrimp Tempura, the Shrimp Tempura Burrito is a Simple Fish classic. Whether you need a quick lunch or dinner, this delicious meal will fill you up and leave you satisfied. It may be simple, but sometimes it's hard to beat simple goodness. This photo here pairs it with some of our Spicy Mayo, which adds a nice savory flavor, and I think it's definitely my favorite topping for this burrito.

Hello, everybody! I'm back with a reminder that we will be closed on Memorial Day, the 25th. 😁
I also have today's item of the day, Crab Rangoons!
A very popular item among Asian restaurants across the USA, Crab Rangoons were originally created for tiki restaurants, made to suit the American palate! I can't say that ours are very different than many others, but they still remain a staple appetizer since we introduced them a year ago. And they're my personal favorite appetizer! The soft crunch and the delicious creamy crab filling inside, it's hard to replace such a US classic inspired by Asian cuisine. 😋

Hey, everyone! When recommending deep-fried rolls to people, one of the first rolls I always recommend is the YumYum roll, and I thought it would make a great item for the item of the day today! 😋😄
The YumYum roll is easy for anyone to enjoy, with a juicy bite of fish, a crisp batter coating on the nori, and the burst of flavors from the four sauces on top, it's hard not to enjoy this delicious deep-fried roll. Even though the fish inside is raw, it's not so bad for sushi beginners since the texture makes it feel cooked. It's one of the most popular rolls on the menu, and I urge you all to give it a try!

This item was made with the help of a friendly customer that we know pretty well, and it happened to be pretty popular among people that got to try it. A meaty bite with a burst of savory and spicy flavors, this very filling burrito usually weighs slightly over a pound, which is where we got the name. Make sure you're hungry if you're ordering this!

Hey, everyone! Some stuff came up yesterday and I wasn't able to post our item of the day, so today I'll try posting twice to make up for it! Here is the item I was going to post yesterday. The Sea Salt Edamame appetizer! 😋
I happen to be a big fan of edamame beans. They're a great high protein snack! Did you know that edamame beans are just immature and soft soybeans? As they ripen they get hard, which is why they need to be picked early for us to eat them as we do.

Hey, everyone! I've made several pieces of nigiri today, and it made me think of a good item for the item of the day. Tobiko Nigiri! (Flying Fish Roe) 🍣
It's a beautiful delicacy for our fish egg lovers out there. The delicious pop of flavor that bursts with every bite makes them a very fun and exciting piece of nigiri. Well it's not technically nigiri, their technical name is gunkanmaki, (Battleship Roll), since they look a little different from traditional nigiri pieces. But to avoid confusion on menus, most people will label all gunkanmaki as nigiri. Interesting, isn't it? 😊

Hello, everyone! I hope you had a great Mother's Day weekend! I sure did. I was so distracted I forgot to schedule my post for Monday, but that's alright, my mother was happy. ❤️ Anyways, I have a wonderful item picked for today's item of the day. The Bang Bang roll! 😄
This delicious speciality roll is a customer favorite. A soft crunchy bite with delicious sweet and savory flavors mixed together, the Bang Bang roll is already hard to beat, and it does it all using mostly the same ingredients as our California Roll. It's safe for people who are new to sushi or nervous about raw fish, as it is completely cooked. And its delightful flavors will leave you very satisfied. 😊
