Straight bourbon meets real maple and the distinct, toasted-walnut depth of fenugreek. Shaken with heavy cream and egg white for a cloud-like texture, it's served up with fresh chocolate shavings.

Every Wednesday, we’ll be running legendary, Greek mythology-inspired cocktail features leading up to a full, mythical menu takeover this September before we roll out our Fall Menu.

To kick things off this week, meet our first two features:

Rum, Nocino, Falernum, Pineapple Demerara, Lime, Pineapple Soda

Inspired by the sea nymph who enchanted Odysseus on her island paradise. This cocktail lures you in with a tropical base of rum, lime, and pineapple demerara, balanced by the exotic, warming spices of house falernum and a bittersweet hint of Nocino. Served with a flaming lime to symbolize the fiery passion of Calypso.

Poseidon's Tide 🔱
Aquavit, Lemon, Lime, Cucumber Juice, Dill & Basil Syrup, Seabreeze Simple

Unleash a storm from the dark depths of the Aegean. This savory, bracing cocktail captures the untamed power of the King of the Sea with a botanical base of Aquavit, cucumber, dill, and basil. It gets its striking ocean hue from our house Seabreeze simple, which is infused with blue-green spirulina algae to mimic Poseidon's briny realm.
