We get this question all the time: ...𝒅𝒐 𝑰 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒓 & 𝑳𝒂𝒅𝒍𝒆? So, we thought we'd take moment to provide clarification.

We are always happy to welcome walk-ins, in fact, we only take walk-ins at the bar and for the patio!

That being said, we do recommend making reservations if you know in advance you will be dining with us. Our space is on the smaller side, and reservations help guarantee you will have a table at your preferred dining time. Reservations also help us to staff appropriately and prep food amounts accurately.

𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕! Our online reservation system only allows for bookings of up to 6 people, but we are able to seat larger parties. If you will be dining with a group of 7 or more, give us a call or send us a message and we will be able to check availability!

There are plenty of drink options for enjoying a tapas adventure at Ledger & Ladle! Of course, we have our great wines list, specialty & classic cocktails, and beers on tap, but did you know we have plenty of NA options for you to enjoy as well?

From NA wines, beer, and cocktails to our house made ice teas, maple lemonade & rotating summer soda, you don't have to feel left out when you are skipping the booze!

Tuesday means we are back at it again for the week, and we can't wait to see you all! Keep an eye out for new items hitting later this week.

The The Flightless Bird is solely a wing takeout option. While these wings uphold the same attention to technique and flavor as every dish at Ledger & Ladle, and are created and executed by our talented kitchen, these are a takeout option ONLY.

We are The Flightless Bird. We are the same folks behind the food at Ledger & Ladle, but we are NOT Ledger & Ladle. We are a takeout only option offering some pretty spectacular wings (if you had the wings during Ledger & Ladle's Ramen shack, then you know)!

Check out the menu and choose your wings ( www.ledgerandladle.com/the-flightless-bird ). Call 218-360-9572 and order you wings. Come to the bar at 16 NE 3rd St, Grand Rapids, MN to pick up your wings (Ledger & Ladle). What you do with the wings after that is up to you. We recommend eating them.

Nope. Takeout only friends. You are welcome to enjoy Ledger & Ladle's current menu in the restaurant and get some wings to bring home at the end, but seating at Ledger & Ladle is reserved for guests dining with their current menu.

Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm - 8 pm and Sunday 12 pm - 7 pm.

𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑮𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆?
While the wings themselves are gluten free, they are fried in a frier that cooks items with gluten. Some of the sauces may also contain gluten. When you call please let us know of any allergies so we can help you safely navigate the menu.

Have you heard of One Vegetable, One Community? They are a local organization that works to bring the joy of growing, cooking and eating vegetables to our community. Every year they highlight a different vegetable, providing seeds, plants, and education. This year they are shining a spotlight on the wonderful cruciferous cauliflower!

We have seeds available to pick up here at Ledger & Ladle, and while you are in don't forget to try our Colflori Tapas to see just one way you can use this incredibly versatile veg!

𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁

We lovingly refer to this guy as our Spanish potato salad, and it is definitely a summer crowd pleaser!

Butter poached fingerling potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, egg, caperberries, and, we are convinced, some of the best anchovies you will ever eat, form the base of the dish. Dressed in red pepper vinaigrette with toasted baguettes croutons and garnished with fresh parsley and basil.

Definitely not your average picnic potato salad!

While tapas are mostly meant to share, this one happens to make a perfect lunch option if you are flying solo!

𝑺𝑼𝑵𝑫𝑨𝒀 𝑭𝑼𝑵𝑫𝑨𝒀!

Whether you had an epic Saturday night, or just enjoy a lovely Bloody Mary, we are ready to introduce our latest iteration of our light and flavorful take on this classic cocktail.

We start with our bloody consommé, but this time we replaced the bell peppers with the smokey Spanish Piquillio and added Guindilla pickling brine for a little acid pop. Piment d'Espelette (a classic Basque pepper seasoning) is added into the umami syrup to give a sweet & spicey kick. Choose vodka or tequila (or our NA tequila substitute!). Garnish with smoked salt, olive and cornichon.

This is not your usual Bloody Mary!

Also, why stop at one Bloody when you can have 3! Join us down on Block 19 on Sundays to experience 3 unique Bloody Mary's in one little neighborhood. $30 gets you a Bloody here, , and . That, my friends, is a perfect summer Sunday.

𝑷𝒂𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂

We have rotated our paella del momento! This new paella takes us to a more rustic, and many would argue traditional, iteration of this classic dish.

Saffron rice, sofrito and diced chorizo form the base. Add in rabbit, Burgundy snails, confit duck leg, peas and fresh herbs to garnish. ($55)

Just in time for your weekend adventures, we have a tapas special to add to your table.

Cangrejo (crab)

We snagged some excellent soft shell crab for this special. Start by beer battering the whole crab, set on a bed of romesco marisco (red pepper, nuts, tomato and oyster sauce), Guindilla chiles, and finished off with perserved lemon & scallion. ($23)

𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲?!

This dish is our play on colflori ofegada, or drowned cauliflower.

We start with a layer of deep, rich cauliflower purée, then add braised cauliflower, chopped bacon, pine nuts & raisin for just a pop of sweet. A hearty veg dish to add to your tapas night (ps this guy is gluten free. Ask for no bacon and it is vegetarian as well!!🥦🥬).

Did you know, while supplies last you can add a fresh truffle shave to any dish for $20, and the Colflori paired with truffle is a match made in heaven!
