✨ Maryland Crabcake Melt ✨

5 oz. Maryland style crabcake broiled to perfection and finished with our signature seafood seasoning. Served on a toasted sesame brioche bun with remoulade, dressed iceberg lettuce, seasoned tomato and Tillamook cheddar. Paired with our famous shoestring fries of course!

✨ Double Cut Bacon ✨

Two slices of braised bacon- seasoned with a pastrami spice blend, glazed with a molasses and spice mixture and baked in the oven. Served with a mustard seed and cornichon vinaigrette.

✨ Braised Short Rib ✨

9 oz. of short rib, marinated in a red w**e, then slowly braised for 3-4 hours until tender. Served over freshly whipped horseradish potatoes, and glazed cut carrots with brussel leaves. Finished with a red w**e demi-glace and an herb gremolata.

✨ Veal Parmesan ✨

5 oz. pounded and breaded veal topped with house made marinara, soft and creamy stracciatella, and freshly shaved parmesan. Served with linguine and house made alfredo.
