"Best Product and Customer Service - I ordered two of the Brewing Systems. I had one that my wife purchased for me as a present and accidentally broke it. I saw they were in stock again and ordered two of them, just in case I was clumsy again.
Anyways, they arrived and one had three small chips broken from the tea insert and wasn’t usable. I e-mailed customer service and explained the situation along with a photo of the broken park. I was almost immediately e-mailed back by Ralph (the owner) and Rose, the customer service rep. They said I would be sent a replacement system immediately. Two days later they e-mailed me a tracking number and I received it the following day. Now…. THAT’S Customer Service handled as it should be.
I will HIGHLY recommend their product… because it’s GREAT and because of their customer service."

"Everybody LOVES it! - I am a tea drinker and a tea pusher. When I saw the Roasted Tartary Buckwheat Tea, I jumped at it. It makes a lovely, roasty-flavored beverage. "Jiangulan is my favorite night time tea - Learned to appreciate Jiangulan tea while traveling in Thailand. We visited a plantation tea north of Chang Rai which is north of Chang Mai.
