Taste in Time Taste in Time was a project of El Nido Birth & Family, It opened March 2021 as a 1950's ice cream parlor and sandwich shop.

The vision was to provide jobs and services for families serviced by ENBFM and support the programs provided to local families. Taste in Time (TnT) is a project of El Nido Birth and Family Ministries (ENBFM) a (501c3). ENBFM works with women and their families educating them about birth, parenting and life skills. El Nido's building in downtown Granite Falls, MN, is where meetings are held for you

ng mothers and their families. ENBFM's goal of opening an ice cream parlor for the community was realized on March 10, 2021. Proceeds from the business will further benefit community through partnering with local service organizations, attending and contributing to community functions, increasing employment opportunities and continuing to serve young families in our region. Taste in Time operates as a 1950’s ice cream and Sandwich shop. This business provides a fun place for the community of Granite Falls and serves as job training for families serviced by El Nido Family Ministries. TnT is a family focused and fun filled gathering place with great food.

Our Story

A Taste in Time (TnT) is a project of El Nido Birth and Family Ministries (ENBFM) a (501c3). ENBFM works with women and their families surrounding the time of birth, educating them about birth, parenting and life skills. El Nido owns a building in downtown Granite Falls, MN, where meetings are held for young mothers and their families. A Taste in Time will be established and operated as a 1950’s old-fashioned ice cream soda fountain and Sandwich shop. This business will not only be a family focused and fun filled gathering place with great food, for the community of Granite Falls but proceeds from the business will further benefit community through partnering with local service organizations, attending and contributing to community functions, increasing employment opportunities and continuing to serve young families and teens and continue with endless dreams and possibilities.
