Today was pretty hot with heat index right at 100° and if it's 100° outside even with the air-conditioning running inside, our kitchen, staff is facing temperatures around 120° at least in their workstations.
Thursday is normally a slower day for us but Friday it's usually pretty busy. Tomorrow is going to be a little bit hotter and we are going to do our best to keep everything rolling but our Employee safety is our number one concern. We will not put making a dollar over there well-being.
If it gets completely unbearable tomorrow, we will probably end up closing the doors early, but we will make that judgment call and give everyone a heads up that we are doing so.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that may cause, but we just want to do right by our people. They work hard for the company and we appreciate all of that.

It's Carolina Hurricanes gameday for the Stanley Cup Final & Thursday is here and the weekend is so close but that just means it is boneless wing Thursday! .90 cent boneless wings with a 10 count minimum.

This is just great. Got some pictures that Ms Deal sent us from our time at Erwin middle school summer camp program where we spoke about Mottzarellas to the students and they built these cute posters. Glad they had fun and made pizzas afterwards.
