🔥 This clip is from a few days ago when my brother and I had some afternoon beers and split a Wagyu burger up at Hilltop Truck Park & Bar - And I gotta say, this was my first burger in about 2 weeks and it was absolutely divine. I sometimes forget how great our sauce is. I honestly think about changing the recipe probably every other day, but my wife and staff always re-assure me of how horrible of a mistake that would be.

… But I think that’s just normal business owner anxiety a lot of us probably feel all the time.

💥This was probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. No cap. (And I just learned what that meant, so yeah I’m gonna use it now)🥸

🧐 As owners, we don’t really get to see a lot of things with fresh eyes, but tonight was one of those moments. And I was thoroughly, and I mean THOROUGHLY, and absolutely impressed. 🤓

🔥From the smash and the sear of the burger to the crunchiness of the quickly grilled jalapeños and from the perfect amount of butter and garlic on the bun to the seasoning of the fries… this whole meal was incredible. 🥳

🎉 Both teams are absolutely killing it right now so yall be sure to stop by the next time you’re around Grapevine Main Street and/or in Northlake!📍

🍕 Pizza by the slice is now available in BOTH Grapevine and Northlake! 🙌

👉 Due to storage and space - Northlake does tend to sell out like every other day, but damn are these slices good!

🙏 please come by and check out this INCREDIBLE truck park. We immediately fell in love with it, which is why we decided this location for our expansion. 💥
