🏆 What an incredible evening at the What’s Up? Media Best of Party 2026!

Fisherman’s Inn was honored to join fellow Best Of winners at the Doordan Institute in Annapolis for one of the area's premier culinary events. Guests enjoyed an evening filled with amazing food, live entertainment, and the opportunity to sample dishes from some of the region’s top restaurants.

We were proud to share some of our favorite creations and celebrate alongside our community, loyal guests, and fellow local businesses. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, sampled our dishes, and helped make the night so special!

We’re hiring a Lead Line Cook to join the crew at a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in your craft, and know how to lead a line with confidence, we want to hear from you.

As our Lead Line Cook, you’ll help oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, support and train kitchen staff, and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen looking its best. This role is perfect for someone with strong cooking experience, leadership skills, and a passion for creating great food in a team-driven environment.

🔥 Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the line during service
• Prep and execute menu items consistently and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory, prep lists, and kitchen coordination
• Help train and motivate team members

âś… Qualifications:
• Previous line cook experience required
• Leadership or kitchen supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
