FALL FLAVORS HAVE ARRIVED AT MAGPIE! 🍂 While shopping for acorns, we stumbled upon these gorgeous RED KURI SQUASHES!!! And of course, we had to turn them into a dinner entrée this week!

Featuring pork cutlets from our friends at Missouri Meats, served over a silky red kuri squash purée, finished with pomegranate gel, and paired with roasted Brussels sprouts and locally grown microgreens. 🌿 This might just be the ultimate fall meal!
