Hey , Good Tuesday !!
This Saturday I will be offering this new potato “The Transfusion” this will be a Philly cheese streak type potato ( shaved beef , onions and red,yellow,green peppers , shredded mozzarella/provolone topped with a sprinkle of crispy fried onions! . Delicious!!🤤 , if this does well, I will make it a permanent item!!

I will also set up at the Gas Monkey in Salamanca a few days and evenings on some of the non booked days .
