Today was a huge learning experience for me. ☕❤️

This morning, I finished a 20-drink order for a Bonduel factory thanks to Dahlia. While the order was originally scheduled for 6:30 a.m., I underestimated how much time it would take to make that many frappes, especially when they're all different flavors and include bucket sizes.

I'll admit, I was feeling the pressure. I wanted everything to be perfect, and my anxiety definitely tried to convince me to rush. Thankfully, Dahlia reminded me that everything would be okay, that I didn't need to overthink it, and that every large order is another opportunity to learn and grow. I'm so grateful for her patience, encouragement, and for trusting me with such a big order.

Working out of my home has taught me just how much preparation, space, and equipment larger orders require. Right now, I'm only able to make a couple of frappes at a time, which makes orders like this take quite a while. It also reminds me why my daughter and I are working so hard toward our dream of owning a food truck. Having the extra space for inventory and equipment will allow us to serve larger orders much more efficiently.

To everyone who continues to support our little mother-and-daughter business, thank you. Every order, every share, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement brings us one step closer to that dream. ❤️

With that being said, I'm officially logging off for a much-needed break. I will respond to messages and orders as soon as I can.
