We will not be at market today due to the storms,

i have had a few people question why we were not there last week...
Well its a safety thing, with our fryers , 400° oil and water do not mix , they can boil over and catch fire, basically kinda like the people that have had turkey fryers boil over with frozen. Turkey or ice on a turkey ,

Hopefully this weather pattern will changeable we can get back frying up our delicious curds
