2 oz Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Coffee Liqueur (i’m using Mr Black, we like Kapali as well)
½ oz Simple Syrup
Shot of espresso (we get our beans from Copper State Brewing Co.

POV: Making a Gin Sour 🍸
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Bitters on top

Why the egg white?

The proteins in the egg white react with the citrus and when shaken help trap air and create that thick, silky foam on top — almost like the head on a beer.
It doesn’t make the drink taste like eggs 😂 It just gives the cocktail a smooth texture and that beautiful foamy finish.
