Joyful Grazing was featured by the Green Bay Press-Gazette, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share our story. What started as an idea to create meaningful, interactive food experiences has grown into something so much bigger than I imagined.

This feature isn't just about a business. It's about every client who trusted a new company, every venue partner who opened a door, every friend who shared a post, every family member who encouraged me, and every guest who stopped by a cart and left with a smile.

A year ago, Joyful Grazing was just a dream and a lot of notes on paper. Today, we're serving weddings, showers, corporate events, celebrations, and creating spaces where people gather, connect, and make memories around food.

To everyone who has supported this journey: thank you. Your encouragement, referrals, kind words, and belief in what we're building have meant more than you know.

One of my favorite parts of this business is getting to celebrate alongside some truly incredible people.

While unboxing this custom sign created by Kodi Guccione for an upcoming July wedding, I couldn't stop smiling. ✨

Some couples you meet and instantly click with, and this couple is exactly that. Kind, genuine, joyful, and so excited for their big day. It's been such a privilege to be a small part of their wedding journey.

This wedding is going to be extra special. We'll be serving charcuterie right next to the polka band, which feels perfectly fitting for a celebration that's full of personality, family, tradition, and fun. 🎶🧀

What I love most is how intentionally they've woven pieces of their story throughout their wedding day. From their shared love of mushroom hunting to their excitement every morel season, they've found sweet ways to make their celebration uniquely theirs. Those personal touches are always my favorite.

I cannot wait to see everything come together and celebrate these two surrounded by the people who love them most. July can't come soon enough!

✨ She Found Her Honey 🍯🐝

Today’s bridal shower was absolutely stunning. From the thoughtful details to the genuine joy shared throughout the room, every part of this celebration felt so intentional and full of love.

One of the sweetest moments was seeing a mother-in-law lovingly welcome her soon-to-be daughter-in-law, surrounded by family and friends who were truly excited to celebrate this next chapter. The warmth in the room was impossible to miss.

To add to the beautiful "She Found Her Honey" theme, we added complimentary honeybee skewers as a special touch alongside a custom menu that blended our Signature Bottomless Charcuterie experience with brunch-inspired favorites. 🍓🧀🥯🍯

There is something so special about gathering around good food, sharing stories, and celebrating a bride who is clearly loved by so many.

Today we had the joy of serving a wedding shower for Benjamin & Trinity, and what a beautiful afternoon it was. 🤍

This celebration was especially fun for us because Benjamin & Trinity were the winners of our wedding expo giveaway . What started as a lucky giveaway entry turned into the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful day in their wedding journey.

Hosted by the kindest family, Liz and Mark created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who gathered to celebrate. Their thoughtfulness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made every guest feel right at home.

For the menu, Trinity selected our Signature Charcuterie experience, thoughtfully curating all 12 ingredients. From the savory favorites to the sweet touches, every choice was a hit with guests.

Congratulations, Benjamin & Trinity! As we looked around the room today, one thing was abundantly clear: you are surrounded by people who love you deeply and are excited to celebrate this next chapter with you.

Anyone else find this oddly satisfying? 😍✨

Something about the shapes, the patterns, and seeing it all come together is completely mesmerizing. I could watch it happen over and over again.

It's one of those little details that ends up becoming part of the finished Joyful Grazing experience. Most guests see the beautiful display. I see all the tiny folds that got it there.

8 years ago, we stood surrounded by nearly 500 people we loved.

So many things about our wedding did not go as planned. There were unexpected turns, changing circumstances, and moments that could have easily distracted us from the joy of the day. But somehow, none of that mattered in the end. What we remember most is the overwhelming love in the room. The people who showed up for us. The laughter. The hugs. The feeling that we were stepping into something bigger than ourselves.

And honestly, marriage has looked a lot like that too.

There have been seasons that stretched us deeply. Hard diagnoses only months into marriage. Growing our family and welcoming two beautiful children. A worldwide pandemic. Saying goodbye to one chapter of life and building another. Becoming officially cancer free. Watching milestones come and go faster than we imagined. Career changes. New dreams. Starting a business from the ground up.

Through every season, the constant has been this:
God has been faithful.
Love carries you.
Community matters.
And the beautiful moments are usually found in the middle of imperfect ones.

Now, as I have the privilege of serving so many brides and grooms through Joyful Grazing, I find myself constantly reminded of that truth. Weddings are not beautiful because they go perfectly. They are beautiful because they gather people together to celebrate love, commitment, and the life still waiting to unfold afterward.

Your wedding day is one chapter.

Some orders just feel extra special 🤍

These custom individual boards were created for a bride-to-be and her girls to enjoy together during a beautiful bridal picnic just two days before the big day. Thoughtfully styled with edible flowers, fresh rosemary garnishes, and little details made to feel personal, elegant, and memorable.

What made this one especially meaningful to me was the heart behind the order. The call came from the mother of the maid of honor — a mama helping her daughter love and celebrate her friend well. From one mama to another, I put a little extra love into these boards.

Moments like these are why I love what I do. Food has a way of gathering people, slowing time down, and turning simple moments into lasting memories.

And the best part? These boards became part of the memory itself 🤍

We may still be a little ways away from those fresh summer berries, but that doesn’t stop us from counting down the days already. There’s just something about fresh Wisconsin strawberries, warm sunshine, community events, and summer gatherings that makes this season feel extra special. ❤️

Until then… we’ll just be over here patiently waiting for berry season to arrive. 🍓
