Testing pizza is a tough job. 😎

The Vineyard Kitchen has been busy working on our new Neapolitan-style pizza, house-made dough & dialing in the new oven. Now they’re ready to get some real reps in stretching, firing, and fine-tuning the 'za!

So this week, we’re asking you to be our pizza testers. Think you're up for the task?!

🍕 We’ll have two pies to try:
• Classic Margherita
• Soppressata, Lemon Ricotta, Mozzarella & Calabrian Glaze

Music kicks off this week with:
Wednesday Nights | Jazz + Blues by the Vines w/ Blues Talk, 6pm
Saturday Music at LSV | Hunter Gatherer & Maxwell Jones, 5pm
& Sunday Funday | Jeremiah Jams Full Band! at 3pm!

We got to start the morning in the best way - cooking with Chef Jyll and Abby on ! ☀️

Chef Danny brought the dough and gave everyone a little pizza crust 101 as we get ready for the new wood-fired pizza oven coming to LedgeStone this summer. 🍕

Then we stepped it up a notch with a seared duck recipe with smashed heirloom potatoes and local ramps, which will be featured on this week's menu at LSV! 🌷

Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the mamas, aunties, grandmas, dog mamas, and everyone who shows up with that kind of love. 🫶

Spring is back, and so is one of our favorite sights: families gathered across the property, kids laughing, glasses clinking, and people of all ages slowing down together.

We first fell in love with this feeling while traveling through Australia, where vineyards were true gathering places for families, friends, food, wine, and long afternoons outside.

The sun is back, the vines are waking up, and we’ve added a little pop-up music this week to brighten the day. Music both Saturday & Sunday, let's celebrate all the Moms!🌷

One month until the Wine Down Concert Series is back, and we’re excited to say the least. 🌞

This time of year always feels a little wild in the best way. The weather finally turns, the vineyard starts waking up, and suddenly we’re all running around trying to bring a few new ideas to life before the first notes hit the vines.

Every year, we try to make LedgeStone feel a little more special for everyone who makes the trip out here. Wine Down has become one of those nights we look forward to all year. Seeing friends spread out on the hill, glasses in hand, music rolling through the vineyard, & everyone settling into a summer evening together. It’s pretty hard to beat.

This year, we’re especially excited to be adding a new outdoor pavilion with a full tap wall, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, and ice cream! A few more reasons to gather, linger, and make a night of it. 🍦😋

Little by little, with a lot of help and a lot of gratitude, we keep growing this place into something we hope feels welcoming, memorable, and full of life.

We can’t wait to be dancing in the vines with you again. 💃🙌

PSA: LedgeStone is closed this week for a refresh/remodel of our kitchen and workspace. 💃 But don't worry, our other half, Gnarly Cedar Brewery in Wrightstown, serves up LSV wine, beers, great food options and is just a few miles from the vineyard.

😎 Here's our schedule for this week at LSV:
• Wednesday & Thursday: Closed
• Friday: 3-9 for beverages & the wandering table food bus!
• Saturday & Sunday: Back to a sorta normal schedule. Our food menu will be a little simpler but still have a lot of yummy options!

The Marquette is back, bursting with notes of ripe red cherries & served chilled. It's the go-to semi-sweet red wine that you've been waiting for, and it's now pouring in the LSV & Gnarly tasting rooms. 🍷
