Stax's Omega Diner is a family business, locally owned and lovingly operated. Established in 1988, Stax's Omega remains a Greenville favorite, serving guests who appreciate the value and taste of fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our eatery features a diverse menu with offerings for every taste bud. Stax's Omega is comfort food, food you like to eat and familiar favorites with a twist.

Mom's Pot Roast, Freshly Ground and Lovingly Hand Pressed Burgers, Low Country Shrimp and Grits, It's all Greek to me Wrap, Caprese Panini, Tiramisu Pancakes, Rocky Mountain Crepes, and Blueberry Granola Crunchcakes. Our coffee and juice bar features freshly squeezed juices, freshly ground premium coffees, and smoothies. Guests are welcomed by warm earth toned colors and colorful granite and marble. The staff tend to the hustle and bustle of the crowd with efficiency and grace. Finish off your visit with a vast selection of homemade desserts from our pastry chef and bakers who keep our cases stocked with an array of tempting desserts.

Dear Valued Customers,

In celebration of the Fourth of July holiday and to give our dedicated team time to enjoy with their families and friends, as well as to complete maintenance, Stax’s Omega, Stax’s Bakery, and Stax’s Catering will be temporarily closed from Monday, June 29th thru Tuesday, July 14th.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming you back when we reopen on Wednesday, July 15th refreshed and ready to serve you better.
