📣 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗯𝘆𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗕𝗤

After a lot of thought and reflection, we’ve made the difficult decision to close the Strong BBQ food truck.

This journey has been one of the most meaningful chapters of our lives — filled with early mornings, long smokes, late nights, and countless moments shared over plates of brisket and pulled pork. We’ve had the honor of feeding so many amazing people, and every “that was the best BBQ I’ve ever had” made it all worth it.

From day one, our goal was simple: to serve food made with heart. To prove that BBQ could be elevated — rich, layered, and done right. But more than that, we wanted every meal to be a reminder of community, connection, and care.

To everyone who came out, waited in line, shared a post, told a friend, or simply believed in us — thank you. Your support meant more than words can say.

As we close this chapter, we’ll also be selling or potentially leasing our fully equipped food trailer. If you or someone you know might be interested, please send us a private message for details.

🔥 Tomorrow’s the day! 🔥

We’re fired up for another Strong BBQ Saturday at 630 Mount Lebanon Church Rd — opening at 11AM until sold out!

On deck:
🥩 Brisket — our signature, slow-smoked Texas classic.
🐖 Pulled Pork — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
🔥 Kickin’ Tot Casserole — back for the 3rd week straight because y’all keep cleaning us out! It’s got the heat, and people are loving it.

⚠️ Heads up: We’ll be closed next Saturday for a private event, so tomorrow’s your chance to get your fix!

Come early… once it’s gone, it’s gone.

💥 SOLD OUT! 💥

Y’all absolutely crushed it today — we’re completely cleaned out and closing for the day!

The Beef Dino Ribs were gone almost instantly, the Kickin’ Tot Casserole officially dethroned the Hatch Chile Mac as the top side, and everything else followed right behind.

From the Texas Candy Ribs to the Bacon Burnt Ends, Mac & Cheesy Cornbread, and Cowboy Beans — you cleaned us out across the board. 🙌

Thank you for the incredible support, the good vibes, and for showing up hungry. We’ll be back soon with more of your favorites (and maybe a few new surprises 👀).

Sweet, smoky, caramelized cubes of pure BBQ bliss — crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside.

🔥 TEXAS CANDY RIBS ARE BACK THIS WEEKEND! 🔥

Last weekend’s ribs disappeared fast — and the reviews said they were ridiculously good (we’d have to agree). The Kickin’ Tot Casserole was also a massive hit — it brought the heat in all the right ways — and it’ll be back this weekend too, along with a few other amazing surprises.
