🍝 Lasagna 5 Ways – One Pan, Endless Comfort!

1️⃣ Classic Lasagna (Ready in 1 Hour 15 Minutes)
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar marinara sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
15 oz ricotta cheese
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup grated Parmesan
12 lasagna noodles
3 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
1. Brown beef and sausage with onion and garlic; drain excess fat.
2. Stir in marinara, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella.
4. Layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
5. Top with remaining mozzarella and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40–45 minutes.
2️⃣ Seafood Lasagna (Ready in 1 Hour)
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb lobster, chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
4 tbsp flour
3 cups warm milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and black pepper
12 lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Sauté seafood in butter with garlic and Old Bay; set aside.
2. In same pan, whisk butter and flour, then slowly add milk and cream to form sauce.
3. Stir in Parmesan and season.
4. Layer noodles, seafood, sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes and garnish with parsley.

2 large eggplants, sliced

1 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs

3 1/2 cups marinara sauce
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions:
1. Salt eggplant slices and let sit 20 minutes, then pat dry.
2. Dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs; fry until golden.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, and Parmesan.

1 1/2 cups ricotta
1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan
12 lasagna noodles
3 cups shredded mozzarella
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Melt butter and sauté garlic, then add cream and simmer.
2. Stir in Parmesan, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix ricotta, egg, and Parmesan.

1/2 cup shredded cheddar
12 lasagna noodles
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
1. Toss chicken with Buffalo sauce.
2. Melt butter, whisk in flour, and slowly add milk to create sauce. Stir in sour cream.
3. Mix ricotta with egg.
4. Layer noodles, Buffalo chicken, sauce, ricotta mixture, and cheeses.
