Long before monthly specials and limited-time creations, there was the Old MacDonald.

Four meats. Cheddar cheese. Our signature MadCow Sauce. Pressed hot and loaded from corner to corner.

Ham. Turkey. Roast Beef. Bacon.

MadCow Brewing Company is looking for someone who wants to make our weekend closing shift their own.

This isn't just pouring beer. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating a great customer experience, preparing food, keeping the taproom looking its best, and taking pride in the details that make a small business successful.

The ideal candidate:
• Enjoys talking with customers and building relationships
• Can prepare food and serve drinks
• Finds productive tasks during slower times without being asked
• Takes ownership of their shift and the appearance of the taproom
• Is dependable and enjoys working independently
• Wants to bring their own personality and energy to the role

Weekend closing shifts are a key part of our business, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in helping create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and customer service are more important.
