Delaney’s pig Forkie qualified for the Sarpy County Premium Auction!! If you are around I know she would appreciate your donation!! She did save for almost 2 years to buy Forkie and Fiona all by her self! It has been a great learning experience for all of us! The bid goes back to Delaney so that she can reinvest that money into next years projects.

It’s been a while since I fired up the Weber Smokey Mountain….. I forgot how much I love these smokers! Doubled up with a pork butt for some friends and then finished with chicken grillers and salmon for us!
