For 30+ years he has been a part of our team. From rolling out fresh pasta in the front window, pressing ravioli, and telling his best dad jokes.

If you were to ask him what he recommends off the menu he'd tell you: the Linguini Primavera with Diablo chicken on top! 🍝

Mike has been a cornerstone of the pasta shop. We appreciate his loyalty, dedication, and friendly service throughout the years!
