Happy National Blueberry Cheesecake Day!!

Now that Mother Nature has decided that Spring might stick around for a bit, why not celebrate with some delicious Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream? Better yet, add some blueberry topping and make it a Smurf sundae!!

Available all season long, but it tastes better when Gargamel isn’t making causing trouble (like that icky weekend weather)!

This holiday weekend provides so many opportunities to celebrate! From the prom last night through tomorrow when we take time to recognize those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, we have so many holidays to celebrate!

Today is not only National Scavenger Hunt Day, but it’s also National Brothers Day, and National Family Fun Day! So, why not make a scavenger hunt to look for sunshine, and come on down to the Caboose with your family and find our new flavor ice cream: Carrot Cake!! Or maybe, try out one of our Memorial Day specials: a red white and blue banana boat (vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry cheesecake ice cream with strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallow topping) or a star-spangled sipper (blue raspberry, cherry, and glitter)?

Hopefully we find some sun this weekend, but if not, we’ll make our own sunshine at the Caboose! Hope to see you there! 🚂

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms and mother figures out there!!

As James E. Faust said, “The influence of a mother in the lives of her children is beyond calculation.”

So whether you are a new mom or one with “more experience,” we would like to take today to celebrate you and all that you do for everyone around you!

Stop on down to the Caboose for the “Berry Best Mom Flurry,” combining vanilla soft serve with strawberries, blueberries, and granola, or the Heart of Gold Lotus Drink, a sparkling pineapple and raspberry drink, for “the love of mom!”

Happy Cinco de Mayo! The day that commemorates the Mexican army’s victory over France at the 1862 Battle of Pueblo!

In honor of this, we would like to celebrate the Mexican-American culture with a few specials!

Stop on by the Caboose and try one of our Mexican-themed items:

A traditional Mexican sundae- with Hershey’s syrup and Spanish peanuts

Chocolate jalapeño ice cream- it’s hot and sweet all at the same time!

Ice cream nachos! Your choice of campfire s’mores or extreme peanut butter!

And to wash it down, a “Cinco Sabores” lotus drink! Five separate flavors mixed together with the plant-based energy drink!

Earth Day 2026’s theme is “our power, our planet,” and emphasizes the importance of renewable energy sources and encourages sustainable practices. We want to do our part too and are offering two Earth Day specials: come on down to the Caboose and pick up your worms and dirt sundae, served in a reusable mini desk trash can, or clean up with a garbage flurry, blended in a 16oz reusable steel chill cup.

Available while supplies last - no substitutions, please!
