We had the pleasure of catering a bourbon tasting for a fun group of people the other night! We prepared a charcuterie board, fresh ceviche, guacamole and salsa served with homemade chips, a veggie plate with buttermilk ranch and pimento cheese, chicken teriyaki wontons, ham and cheese sliders, and bbq pork meatballs.
