RT7 BBQ is a veteran owned and operated business established in 2023. RT7 BBQ specializes in bringing the best back yard BBQ flavors to your pallet. All of our meats are trimmed and prepared right here. We serve only the best slow smoked meats and authentic home recipes. Our food speaks for itself and we know you’ll love it. All our images are genuine. If it looks awesomely delicious....it is. We love our customers and we’d like to thank you for your loyalty and repeat business. We brine our chicken for 24 hours to give it the ultimate amount of juice and flavor when it hits your palate. Low and slow is our motto. Our brisket is sloooooooooooowwww smoked for over 9-12 hours. You can have your brisket NAKED (no sauce) and we won’t say a word but most folks like it BBQ’d

We cook your brisket & chicken to order so it isn’t sitting in a steam table or drying out on a hot smoker for hours. Our brisket and chicken is slow smoked and then cooked to order on a BBQ chargrill to give you a total BBQ experience and flavor. We do not put onions in our Potato salad…we know it grosses some of you out. We only use red skin potato in our potato salad. Sorry no Substitutes. It just screws us up. We don’t believe that we are anyone’s competition. No, it’s not arrogance…its confidence…We believe our food speaks for itself. We encourage you to try other BBQs….if you like our food, you will be back. The chef has over 35 years of experience making incredible food for restaurants, festivals and catering events across New England. Our sides are made in-house. We don’t use pre-packaged foods. We are a no smoking facility. We ask that customers do not smoke on the property so everyone can enjoy a good meal. We are a cash only business. Please keep this in mind before stopping in. We are a seasonal business. We try to open from first thaw to snow fall.
