Why the name Vesuvius? Inspired by Mount Vesuvius in Italy the volcano overlooking Naples, where passion, fire, tradition, and some of the world’s greatest pizza culture were born. It represents bold flavors, craftsmanship, and the kind of dining experience meant to bring people together.
