CK’s opened in November 3, 2003 and since that day has strived to serve the Wood River Valley with no-frills food that’s clean and vibrant to feed the body and soul. Paper products are made from wheat or recycled paper and 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels. We cook with organic products whenever possible and use many local farms and ranches which helps reduce our carbon foo

tprint. We love our mountains, rivers and wildlife and with your patronage, you help us keep it beautiful. Thank you, The CK’s Team

Today we turn 19! 19 years ago, CK and Rebecca took a leap and opened a restaurant of their own in Hailey, ID. It’s been a wild ride and it’s still going strong. We’re grateful for our present and past employees, every person who has joined us for dinner, and every farmer and rancher who has provided us with beautiful local food to serve. Community keeps the wheels turning. Thank you all!

CK is kicking off by teaching a bunch of lamb enthusiasts how to make Traditional Cornish Miner’s Pasties. These filling pasties are filled with Lava Lake Lamb, Agrarian Harvest potatoes, Squash Blossom Farm turnips and wrapped up in flaky pastry made with Hillside Grain Flour.
