What a wonderful two weeks it has been! ☀️
We are so grateful that we were able to step away, spend time with our families, make some great summer memories, and come back feeling refreshed.
Now it’s time to get back to what we love most—serving all of you! ❤️
The grills will be hot, the fryers will be ready, and we can’t wait to welcome our amazing customers back.

🎆Vacation Time at Bolleys!🎆⛱️

The grills are cooling down, the fryers are taking a well-earned break, and the Bolleys crew is officially on vacation! ☀️🏖️

We want to thank all of our wonderful customers for another great season so far and wish each and every one of you a safe, happy, and fun-filled Fourth of July.

We will be closed while our family and staff enjoy some much-deserved time with their loved ones and will reopen on July 7th.

Just a friendly reminder that Bolleys will be closed June 23rd through July 6th for our annual summer vacation.

This time away allows our family and our hardworking employees to enjoy some well-deserved summer fun and make memories with their families. We are grateful for your support and understanding while we take a short break to recharge.

We’ll reopen on Tuesday, July 7th, refreshed and ready to serve all your Bolleys favorites!

We love Saturdays, and today is extra special!

A huge congratulations to the Hall-Dale Class of 2026 as you celebrate your graduation day. We wish each and every one of you success, happiness, and exciting adventures ahead.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to our very own. Samuel Merrill our nephew, who is graduating today. Samuel is one of our Bolleys kids, growing up in the restaurant business and spending many hours working hard for us in the kitchen. We have watched you grow into an amazing young man, and we couldn’t be prouder. We know you will be successful in all of your future endeavors, and we can’t wait to see what comes next for you.
