We're back from vacation, the oven is fired up, and pre-orders are officially OPEN! 🥳

These are making their return this week, and I'm especially excited because they're made with my newly upgraded King Arthur unbleached bread flour. I'm expecting these bagels to be the best batch yet—chewy, flavorful, and everything a great sourdough bagel should be. Don't miss out!
