We have officially partnered with Graycliff Estate as their premier caterer! Last night marked our first event with them, celebrating the 100th anniversary of its 1926 design. The event was a 1920s Garden Party theme, overlooking Lake Erie with curated fare from yours truly. As the sun set, the alignment through the “view room” window, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright framed the summer solstice sunset. A breathtaking phenomenon that happens just once a year.

-Potato Hashbrown with Cured Salmon and Creme Fraîche
-Peach Basil Burrata on Garlic Toast
-Falafel Balls with Green Goddess Dressing
-Saffron Arancini Balls with Tomato Fondue

If you joined us at A Cooks Tour on Monday, we featured a dish that everyone went crazy for! Naturally, we're running it as a special. Despite the name, this dish has a beautiful balance of heat.

Stuffed Banana Pepper Lasagna
Panko breaded and fried, topped with shaved Romano cheese. *4 to an order served with roasted red pepper cream sauce.
