Coffee Talk Tuesdays starts tomorrow, and your coffee is on us!

Every Tuesday, stop by Cattle Country Coffee in Hamilton or Cool Beans Coffee in Hico. Walk up to the window and say “Ashley & Bradley are buying me coffee,” and your 8 oz coffee is on us: a drip coffee at Cattle Country or an americano at Cool Beans. It’s our way of saying thank you to the neighbors and local businesses that make this community home.

Want a specialty drink instead? Text COFFEE and your name to Ashley at 254.688.0087. We’ll text you back, and you just show our reply at the window for a free small specialty drink of your choice.

Rather sit down and talk? Text TALK, and we’ll meet you for coffee or give you a call. Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just want to talk land and the local market, we’d love to hear what’s on your mind.

We’ll see you every Tuesday until we run out!

Ready to start the conversation? We’d love to connect.
