Anyone else starting to think about what they’ll be eating for lunch today? Sure, you could go home and grab those leftovers or make a sandwich, OR you could come to the MineShaft and score yourself a pasty for $8. Our traditional pasty is filled with hearty potatoes, tender ground beef, flavorful onions. All of those delicious fillings are wrapped in a flakey pie crust and served with savory brown gravy. It’s tasty, filling, and could be your lunch today!

While you’re at it, score yourself a cookie! Or a coffee! Or a lotus! There are so many options when you come to the MineShaft ☕️✨

It’s Friday! Friday! Friday! Yeah, looking forward to the weekend!

Happy Friday! We’re for sure looking forward to this weekend, but we’re also living for today because today we have cupcakes in our bakery case! This is a fairly rare occurrence and we’re so excited to share all of this goodness with our amazing customers. While you’re in, you should probably also treat yourself to a an iced coffee. You know, to cut the sweetness. Today we are recommending an iced French vanilla americano with raspberry cold foam. So what do you say, See you soon?

I think we could all use a lotus to get us through this week’s half way point, don’t you? Swing by the MineShaft today for a floor cleaner lotus. Don’t be deceived by the odd name, it’s one of our best flavors! This lotus uses our blue base with blue raspberry, watermelon, and green apple. It honestly kind of tastes like a jolly rancher! Plus, who doesn’t love a pretty drink? Maybe you could even add some glitter to it 👀

Guess what we have in the case today 👀 well I guess it’s not really that hard to guess when I post such an obvious picture. We have poptarts! These delicious house made pastries are flakey, sweet, and the perfect way to add a little bit of fun to your morning. While you’re at it, you should probably also grab yourself a cup of coffee. We’re currently obsessing over an iced salted honey latte with hazelnut cold foam! It’s kind of to die for, but you should order one for yourself just to be sure

Happy Friday! We’ll be closing at 2:00pm today to start the holiday weekend. Fret not, you still have an hour and a half to swing by our shop and load up on cookies for your camping and graduation activities this weekend! We will also be closed on Monday, but we will be back and ready to rock on Tuesday!

I don’t know if anyone else is planning to camp this Memorial Day weekend, but if you are, boy do I have an idea for you! Hear me out, why use graham crackers when you could use some mineshaft chocolate chippers instead? The warmth of the ooey gooey marshmallow melting the chocolate chips and balancing perfectly with the butteriness of the cookie. It really might just be the best thing you’ve ever tasted. But who am I to say, you should probably find out for yourself! We’re open today and tomorrow until 4:30 👀🍪

Happy Wednesday! We are halfway to the weekend and we are hyped. To celebrate the upcoming weekend, you should probably stop by the MineShaft and get yourself a cinnamon roll. I mean, they kind of are the best. It’s hard not fall in love with the ooey gooey cinnamon sugar filling and thick cream cheese icing. If you really want to elevate the whole experience, you should also probably grab a vanilla cold brew with cinnamon cold foam while you’re at it. It’s only responsible ☕️

Happy Monday! It was a wild and wonderful weekend full of catering. We are so grateful for the opportunity to cater for people and organizations that we love and believe in. With hearts full, we are ready to start a new week! What better way to start a new week than with some treats. Today we are highlighting our homemade oatmeal cream pies and a matcha with REAL huckleberries and vanilla cold foam. It really doesn’t get better than this!
