🍰 Bottom tier — white almond cake filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam
🍋 Top tier — lemon cake with white chocolate whipped icing and lemon curd

A fun KPop-themed birthday cake brought all the playful vibes, while this simple and elegant white wedding cake was finished with delicate candy pearls for a timeless touch. And for graduation, buttercream floral cupcakes added the perfect soft and celebratory detail. 🌸🎓

Knox is officially ONE! 🏁🎉

These sweet treats made a 3.5 hour trip to help celebrate his big day, and they were worth every mile. This “Racing into 1st Year” theme was such a fun one to bring to life!

The cake featured a white chocolate raspberry flavor—light, sweet, and perfect for the occasion. And of course, Knox had his very own smash cake to enjoy his big moment.

We also added decorated sugar cookies and cupcakes to complete the dessert table.

I’ve been creating his birthday cakes since he was just a baby, and this year we celebrated 11 with a football-themed design for his beloved Minnesota Vikings 💜💛

The inside? A marbled cake to match those team colors perfectly.
