The many faces of Todd Tuesday: let’s call this my Wohhh face.

Dopff & Irion Crémant d’Alsace, Blanc de Blanc Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine from Alsace, France. It is chocked full of freshness, fine bubbles, and flavor versatility. It can be both excellent as an aperitif or with food. It’s made from a blend of grapes, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois, and Chardonnay. The notes are green apple, citrus, brioche, and almond, with a crisp, elegant profile. It’s from a region not really known for sparkling wine but, I am so glad they are making them. Why, it’s spectacular! This one retails for $29.99, a fraction of the price of its Champagne counterparts. Look, come on by and get a bottle and let me know if you are equally wohhed!

Just got a ton of these in... and, it's one of my new favorites! Lasso Motel Amburana Cask is a unique Kentucky straight bourbon finished in Brazilian amburana wood casks—barrels traditionally used for aging cachaça. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), this highly rated whiskey features tasting notes of cinnamon graham cracker, honey, dark cherry, and baking spices.
