This week I’m featuring La Chouffe Cherry. It’s a Belgian cherry ale with a smooth, slightly sweet flavor and just the right amount of tartness to balance it out. You’ll pick up notes of cherry, strawberry, a little almond, and some light spice on the finish. It’s different from your typical fruit beer — easy to drink, flavorful, and really well done. Need your wine or beer chilled fast? 🍷❄️🍺

Step 1: Grab a bottle or can from the shelf if it isn’t already cold.
Step 2: Drop it in the chilling tank for a few minutes.
Step 3: Pull it out and dry it off.
Step 4: Bring it to one of our bartenders so we can open it or pour it for you!

The many faces of Todd Tuesday... this is my “finally” face. Del Dotto Historic Winery & Caves is a family-owned Napa Valley winery known for its unique barrel tasting experiences in historic, hand-dug caves, offering a European-inspired atmosphere with Italian architecture and ambiance. If you don’t get a chance to make it there, they are “finally” in distribution in Louisiana. We picked up four of their wines and today I opened the 2023 Cave Blend, composed of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 9% Zinfandel, 7% Sangiovese, 1% Cabernet Franc. On the nose: Dark bramble fruit, ripe black cherry, and aromatic touches of cinnamon, cedar, and dried to***co leaf.
On the Palate: Exceptionally smooth with a silky texture; highlights flavors of dark plum, blackberry, and warm baking spices.
The Finish: lingering, polished, fruit-forward and Yummy. We sell it for $79.99 and it’s in stock now. Come get some before I drink it all!
