One Last FIFA Panini Swap!

We had such an amazing turnout at our last FIFA Panini Swap! It was so much fun seeing families, friends, and collectors come together, trade stickers, and enjoy time with one another. Watching some of you complete your books was definitely one of the highlights of the day!

“One, two, three, up to infinity, I’d run out of numbers, before I could thank You for everything.”

As many of you know, Luis recently had his first PET scan since beginning treatment in April. We’re so thankful to share that his scan came back stable. The cancer has not spread, and there is mild activity in his stomach. To us, this is God’s kindness and a reminder that He is always working, even when we can’t see it.

We’re still waiting to meet with the doctors in Tijuana to go over the results and discuss what comes next, surgery is still a possibility. We continue to believe that the final report belongs to the Lord, and we are praying boldly for complete healing.

Thank you for every prayer you’ve lifted up on Luis’s behalf. Please keep praying with us. No matter what lies ahead, we know God is faithful, He goes before us, and our hope remains in Him.

“If God was good to me yesterday, and He is good to me today, He will be good to me tomorrow.”

Tomorrow morning, Luis will have his first PET scan since beginning treatment at Oasis. This scan will help determine the next steps, as he is scheduled to return to Oasis on July 28th, and the length of his treatment will depend on the results.

If we’re being honest, the days leading up to a PET scan bring some anxiety. Our first experience with an oncologist was incredibly difficult, and those memories have made this season especially emotional.

At the same time, we have so much to be thankful for. Luis has been feeling well, and we have seen God’s faithfulness every single day. We are choosing hope over fear, trusting that the same God who has carried us this far will continue to carry us through tomorrow.

We are praying for a miracle and for good results, and we would be so grateful if you would join us in praying over Luis, the doctors, and tomorrow’s scan.

Thank you for every prayer, every message, and every act of kindness you’ve shown our family. We truly feel surrounded by the love of God through all of you.
