A beautiful soul dropped off these flowers from The Flower Pot along with Ferrero Rocher a coffee...and a beautiful note of encouragement.
What they didn't know was that I was having a mental battle trying to get out of bed to make myself a coffee.
She made it exactly how I make mine.
Thank you for everything...reading that note...with the smell of those flowers next me...drinking a coffee that I couldn't even get out of bed to make...did get me out of it. And not only did I roll out of bed but I rolled out my croissants that I didn't think I would...and I was able to capture the beauty of it all. I was struggling with those croissants...🥐. Today healed me a little more. More than I think you realize. Thank you again.💜

Hi everyone.

I'll be stepping away from this all for a bit.
It seems that I've gotten a few steps ahead and unfortunately knocked down a few more than I can handle.

Maybe I'm not meant for this, maybe I'm not as tough as I once thought.

But I appreciate everyone that has helped me, supported me, guided me.

There's a lot of roadblocks and I'm not sure there's a detour at this point and I refuse to entertain any drama.

It has gotten to the point where it's just an endless cycle of people watching, reporting, and viewing every story I post when they don't even follow me.

Emotionally disturbing and makes me feel uneasy.

So for now I'm backing away from pursuing, selling, all of it.

But I'll always be your little local neighborhood brick house baker.

I hope that everyone that has met me...enjoyed their expierence and desserts I provided.
Also thank you for guiding me on your pallets and sending me family recipes I loved that so much in addition to meeting so many wonderful people in person and virtually.

I hope in time more can be like you all...helpful, kind hearted, and willing to help people...because life is too short.
