A 98 health score! We're proud of it, but it's just one snapshot in time. We're only as good as our last service, and tomorrow we start all over again.

I want to thank my incredible crew who works beside me every day. Country Wok wouldn't be where it is without your hard work, dedication, and care.

Most of all, thank you to all of our customers—both our longtime regulars and everyone who's tried us for the first time. Every visit, every kind word, and every bit of feedback helps us continue to grow.

As we celebrate Independence Day, Country Wok will be closed Friday, July 3rd, and Saturday, July 4th so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families and friends.

We'll reopen with our normal business hours on Tuesday, refreshed and ready to serve you.

It’s been a month since we opened our doors not really knowing what to expect.
In these past weeks — some days are busier than others, we've met more of you than we ever imagined, and not only have we learned a lot, but we’ve learned alongside you.

Thank you, Hanceville and Cullman County, for giving a small Chinese takeout spot a real shot. We're not done figuring this out, but we're so glad we get to keep doing it here, with you.

It's Friday! Time to finalize more outstanding Gen Tso sauce. We manufacture all our sauces in-house, including our Tso, Tangerine Chicken, and Kung Pao, which is why our restaurant has a unique taste. As a chef-driven restaurant, we adapt and evolve with new refinements of techniques and recipes. For instance, we've increased the amount of chilis added to our Tso sauce recently.
