Dave Travis is the owner of Creek’s Edge Pizza and Grill, a Salem County native who has built his name around passion, hard work, and great food. After purchasing the restaurant in 2021, he expanded his vision by launching Creek’s Edge Catering & BBQ in 2022, bringing bold flavors and authentic barbecue to the community. His journey into competitive BBQ began in 2018, where he trained alongside some of the best in the country, sharpening his craft and commitment to quality. Born and raised in Salem County, Dave takes pride in not only serving top-notch food but also giving back and supporting the local community that helped shape him.
