We had an incredible weekend and we want to recognize some people behind the scenes who I don’t think receive nearly enough gratitude.
Our distributors, delivery drivers, sales reps, and service techs go above and beyond for us more often than most people realize. They track down products, research order guides, answer questions, solve problems, and often help us on their own time. They do it because they genuinely care, and that is not a requirement. They owe us nothing, yet they continue to show up for us.
We’ve watched many of them continue working through family crises, injuries, and even strikes that required them to load up personal vehicles and deliver huge orders just to keep businesses like ours stocked and running. Despite having countless other accounts depending on them, they still find a way to take care of us.
The hospitality industry takes an incredible number of people working together behind the scenes, and we are forever grateful for every one of them.
