Alright, listen up youse guys! In this city, there are two kinds of people: those who get their Italian beef dunked for at least three seconds, juice soakin' into every nook and cranny of that gravy bread, and those who like it dry, with the juice on the side for dippin'.

But hey, we ain't judgin'. Some like it hot, some like it sweet, some like it combo. Me, I like mine so juicy it drips down my chin. Now that's a real Chicago Italian beef!
